How delivery works
- 1You place an order on the site — no payment is taken at this stage.
- 2A manager contacts you to confirm the items, address and delivery method.
- 3Once agreed, we issue an invoice and accept payment.
- 4We pack the order, hand it to the delivery service and send you a tracking number.
- 5You receive the order and check the contents with the courier or at the pickup point.
Good to know
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Timings are counted from dispatch and do not include order processing.
- Delivery cost is calculated at the carrier's rates and depends on the region and the weight of the order.
- Check the contents and condition of the goods on receipt — once the receipt is signed, claims about quantity cannot be accepted.
